Returns & Refund Policy (7 Days)

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Contact us with your order number and photos/video of the item and packaging.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Once approved, we will send a replacement or a refund (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa).
• Change-of-mind returns, used items and unstitched fabric that has been cut or stitched are not eligible.
